Cathy Freeman is a famous runner. Cathy

Freeman was born on the 16th of February
1973. She was born in Queensland. She also

won the 100meter race and the 400meter

race. And she was the first Aboriginal to win a

gold medal at the Olympics.

Cathy freeman went to Fairhole collage. And

has two brothers who also love running.

Cathy freeman won the Olympics gold medal
in the year 2000. She was the first Aboriginal

to do so.

Cathy freeman was given an order of a merit

award by the Australia Olympic Committee

Altogether, I think Cathy freeman is a great

Olympic runner.
