will soon maneuver themselves, so they can become the “big frog” in our “little pond.” Then shortly, they will be “led of the Lord” to leave, so they can do the same thing to other “unsuspecting” ministries that are just as des- perate for staff help. The repercussions they leave behind usually include people who are broken and hurt, even some who may never mend again.)
9. They have really “caught” the vision of our min- istry... (or are they coming aboard just so I will catch the vision of “their ministry” and the amazing gifts, talents and abilities they are certain they possess. Of course, they know that once we realize how “limited” our own abilities are, we will be quick to relinquish our ministry to “God’s man or woman of faith and power for the hour.” Come to think of it, that is about how long they last... “one hour.”)
10. They believe (down in their heart of hearts), God has “led” them to us, so they can “set our ministry in order.” Isn’t it amazing how many people are certain they could be doing a much better job than we are in directing our own ministry? But if the truth were known, the rea- son they do not have their own ministries is because they do not know the first thing about getting started. It stands to reason that if they don’t know how to begin their own ministries, how are they going to straighten out our ministry? (You explain that one to me and then we’ll both understand it!)
Or... “Praise God”...
11. They have been truly sent of God to work with us and God desires to strongly unite us together, so we can better fulfill the ministry in which God is directing us.
