Emergent (pre) Readers
ACCORDING TO STAGES OF READING DEVELOPMENT

LEVEL OF READERS:

3. they often memorize the visual such as orthographic components of words or
whole words and develop a "sight" vocabulary.
4. they read sight words as well as phonetically regular words and started to mix
individual sounds to read words as well as segment words into individual sounds.
Progressive Readers
LEVEL OF
READERS:
