school. This handbook will help you understand our vision for the future of our organisation and will serve as a
guide to you as a recruited staff of Springsville International School, SIS.

The organogram of the school has a Board of Trustees at its apex, with decisions from it passed to the school
management to the Springsville family through the School Executive Director.

Every Staff of Springsville International School is a member of this family. As a member of the family of
Springsville International School, you are expected to read and sign this handbook before undertaking the job.

Detailed job schedules of individual staff will be made available to him/her on resumption of duty.
At Springsville International School, we create a dynamic, favourable and conducive environment for teaching
and learning in order to instill moral discipline to our pupils while ensuring qualitative education that will
