Section 2 THE EMPLOYMENT

                     NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT

         • The policies as enunciated in this employees’ handbook are not intended to create a contract, nor are they to
be construed to constitute contractual obligations of any kind or a contract of employment between SIS and
any of its employees. The provisions of the staff handbook has been developed at the discretion of
management and, except for its policy of employment as deem fit, may be amended or cancelled at any time,
            at the schools’ sole discretion.

         • SIS may hire, promote, transfer, assign and retain employees; supervise, discipline, and relieve employees
from their duties if the need arises; determine and change hours of work, shifts, and methods of operation.

         • It is understood that the employees’ handbook is issued to inform employees regarding The Springsville’s
operations and it is to be used as a guide to employees in the performance of their duties. Violations of the
policies set forth in this handbook may result in disciplinary action.

                     EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

         • SIS believes that the work conditions, wages, and benefits it offers its employees are competitive. If
employees have concerns about work conditions or compensation, they are strongly encouraged to voice
these concerns directly to the Head teacher or Principal. When employees deal openly and directly with the
school heads, the work environment can be excellent, communications can be clear, and attitudes can be

            positive.
