RON WRIGHT’S STEAK MARINADE
Ingredients
olive oil vinegar (white or balsamic)
Worcestershire sauce dash of sugar
soy sauce peanut butter
brown sugar cooking red wine
salt A-1 steak sauce
pepper or peppercorns crushed garlic
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Once mixed thoroughly, taste it to see how you like it.
Peirce your steak throughout with a knife or a sharp fork to allow marinade to soak
meat. Put steak in mixture and cover. Refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours. It is best to
let it sit overnight in the marinate turning the steak once.
RON WRIGHT’S STEAK TERIYAKI MARINADE
Ingredients
1 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger 1 clove crushed garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 cup cold water
1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic, stirring until sugar
is dissolved. Remove 1/2 cup of sauce for basting.
SAUCE:
Mix cornstarch with water and add to mixtures in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring
constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer stirring occasionally until thickened, 8-10
minutes.
RON WRIGHT’S PORK AND SPARERIBS MARINADE
Ingredients
olive oil honey
vinegar (white or balsamic Worcestershire sauce
garlic soy sauce
peanut butter brown sugar
fennel seed pepper
dash of sugar salt
cooking wine bay leaves
A-1 steak sauce
Instructions
Pre-cook ribs in water and boil until all pink is gone. Place ribs or pork in large bowl
in marinade and cover. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours of best let it sit overnight
turning meat once.
