HOT CLAM DIP

        Ingredients
        1 can minced clams

        1 stick butter
        1 teaspoon lemon juice
        1 teaspoon parsley

        1/2 cup mozzarella
        1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

        1 1/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers
        1/2 teaspoon oregano
        1 small chopped or minced onions



        Preheat oven to 350 degrees.



        Instructions
        Combine all ingredients except the mozzarella in a lightly greased dish.
        Place uncovered in oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. After 15 minutes sprinkle

        mozzarella on top and finish baking.




        BAKED CLAMS

        Ingredients
        16 ounces clams drained
        1 teaspoon minced garlic

        2 to 3 tablespoon olive oil
        1 tablespoon parsley
        1 teaspoon lemon juice
        3/4 cup chicken stock

        1 teaspoon lemon zest
        2 tablespoon Parmesan
        1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
        paprika



        Instructions
        In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, garlic, and parsley and then add olive oil until

        well combined. Add clams and chicken stock, mix and put into clam shells. Sprinkle
        paprika over the top. Place the clams on a sheet tray and add about 1/2-1 cup water to
        the tray. This will help the clams stay moist. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes
        depending on the size of the clam shells.
