VEGETABLE DIP

        Ingredients
        2 cups mayonnaise               1/4 cup sour cream
        1/4 cup horseradish             1/4 cup chopped onion



        Instructions
        Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours.
        Serve with fresh vegetables






        MOZZARELLA CHEESE PUFFS

        Ingredients
        1 cup flour                       1/4 teaspoon salt                       1/4 teaspoon paprika
        6 tablespoon butter              6 ounces mozzarella diced



        Instructions
        Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
        Combine dry ingredients together.
        Cream butter, add mozzarella and blend.
        Add flour mixture, mix well and shape into small balls.
        Place balls on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until
        pu ed and golden brown.



        Note: Cheese pu s may be frozen unbaked. Adjust cooking time if pu s are placed in
        oven while still frozen.







        SAUSAGE & CHEESE PUFFS

        Ingredients
        1 pound sausage meat               16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
        3/4 cup water                      3 cups Bisquick mix



        Instructions
        Cook sausage meat in large skillet until lightly brown about 8-10 minutes. Drain o
        fat, put into bowl and completely cool. Shred cheese and add to sausage with
        Bisquick and water. Mix well and roll into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet 2 inches

        apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until pu ed and brown. Remove from
        cookie sheet and cool.
        Makes 120 pu s. Also, you can freeze them and reheat another day to serve.
