SHRIMP ASPIC

        Ingredients
        1 can tomato soup                           1/2 cup water

        1 ½ package knox gelatin                    9 oz cream cheese
        1 cup finely diced celery                    1 cup finely diced onion
        1 cup mayonnaise                            5 oz can tiny shrimp drained



        Instructions
        Put soup, water and gelatin in pan and heat over low flame until gelatin is
        dissolved. Add Cheese and stir until melted. Take o  heat and add celery, onion,
        mayonnaise and drained shrimp. Pour into greased mold and refrigerate.











        ORZO AND CRAB MEAT


        Ingredients
        1/4 cup orzo                    mayonnaise
        garlic powder                   frozen king crabmeat

        celery chopped                  salt & pepper



        Instructions
        Cook orzo and cool. Mix together orzo, crabmeat (shredded), mayonnaise, celery,
        garlic powder, salt and pepper. Chill and serve











        WATER CHESTNUTS & BACON

        Ingredients
        1 8 ounce can water chestnuts drained                   1/2 cup soy sauce
        1/2 pound bacon slices                                  toothpicks




        Instructions
        Cut bacon slices long enough to encircle and overlap water chestnuts. Secure bacon
        with a toothpick. Place in a bowl of soy sauce for several hours. Remove from sauce
        and broil until crisp.
