COLD MACARONI SALAD
Ingredients
1 package elbow macaroni 1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon celery salt
1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon pickle juice
1/2 tomato diced 1/2 small pepper diced
Instructions
Cook macaroni as directed on box.
When the macaroni is cold, mix all other ingredients
and add to macaroni and mix. Refrigerate till serving.
BROCCOLI SALAD
Ingredients
2 bunches broccoli 1 cup chopped celery
1 bacon 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for top
1/2 chopped onion 1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing
2 cups mayonnaise 1 cup sugar 6 tablespoons vinegar
Instructions
Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.
Chop onions, celery and carrots. Mix all these ingredients together. Mix mayonnaise,
sugar and vinegar together and pour over broccoli mixture, mix and refrigerate.
Before serving top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
EGG SALAD
Ingredients
4 hard boiled eggs 1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickle juice 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Dice hard boiled eggs.
Combine all remaining ingredients and mix with eggs.
Refrigerate and serve
COLESLAW
Ingredients
3 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika 3/4 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 head shredded cabbage
2-3 shredded carrots mayonnaise to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, refrigerate and serve cold.
