HELEN WRIGHT’S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

        Ingredients
        2 eggs beaten
        1½ cup f lour

        1/2 cup milk
        2 teaspoons baking powder
        4 tablespoons melted butter
        1/2 cup sugar

        1/8 teaspoon salt


        OPTIONAL
        Add fresh washed blueberries



        Instructions
        Combine  eggs,  milk  and  melted  butter  and  then  add  dry  ingredients.  Add
        blueberries and stir only enough to moisten well. Grease and f lour mu n pan and fill

        2/3 up with mu n mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.


        This was always a regular part of my families Easter dinner. I had frozen
        blueberries that Ron, my Mom and Todd picked in New Hampshire especially to

        use for the blueberry mu ns















        QUICK FRENCH BREAD

        Ingredients
        2 8 or 9.5 oz. package refrigerated flakey biscuits
        1 egg
        1 tablespoon sesame seeds



        Instructions
        Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large cookie sheet. Take out the biscuits from

        the package being careful not to separate the biscuits. Place rolls of dough end to end
        on cookie sheet pressing biscuits together lightly and shaping into a long loaf. In a
        small cup beat egg slightly and brush over loaf and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
        Bake 30 minutes.
