Creating an Expense Report
1. Certification Checkbox. You must certify Emory policy compliance and the accuracy of expenses prior to submission of
the Expense Report.
2. Click the Submit Expense Report button to submit your Expense Report to Workflow. You will
receive a confirmation page (not shown) prior to final submission.
Once submitted you may not make modifications unless returned by an approver for rework or withdrawn by the user.
If you are submitting HealthCare (HC) expense items with your EMUNV Report, your HC expenses must follow Emory
HealthCare Accounts Payable submission guidelines.
Print the Expense Report Summary page. For additional information, refer to How do I View an Expense Report
Summary?
Tape original HC receipts to sheet 8 ½ x 11 sheet of paper.
Send receipts & signed form to Emory HealthCare AP office.
