Creating Customer Deposits with ePay
Add Attachments
1. Click the Add Attachment
button.
2. Click the Choose File button to
4 browse for the document.

4. Optional: Add a Description.

5. Click the OK button to return
to the Payment Information
page and finalize the payment.
Enter the Customer and Invoice Reference
The Regular Deposit page is displayed.

you’ve saved the
deposit.

1. Click the Payments tab.
2. Enter the Customer ID.
3. The Qual Code defaults to I (Invoice). Invoices are typically referenced for Customer Payments.
4. Optional: Enter the Invoice ID in the Reference field if known.
This will flag the item being paid on the Payment Worksheet.
Alternatively, you can just manually select the item being paid once in the Payment Worksheet.
5. Click the Save button.
