            5.  Enter your response in the Body field.

            7.  You will receive a Notification Email that the email was sent. The link in the email will take you to
               the case in Salesforce.
                   Login will be required.

            8.  You will also receive a notification when the customer has responded to the email that
               you sent regarding their case.  It is recommended that you create an Outlook rule to automatically move emails
               to a “SalesForce” specific folder.
                   You can read what the customer has sent, but you should only reply from the SalesForce case, repeating the email steps
                   above.
