Updating the Case Information
Case Information must be updates if the contact, category, and subcategory are blank. Depending on how the
ticket is submitted, this data may already be captured in your ticket. is not assigned to anyone, be sure to
change the owner to yourself to remove it from the Shared queue.
Updating the Contact Information
