Upload Invoices from a Spreadsheet


        Create One Invoice for Each Customer (Multi-Line Invoices)

                                                         In this example, there are three invoice lines. The sequence number in
                                                         Column CL (Purchase Order Reference) is repeated for each line.
                                                         One invoice with three lines will be generated for this customer.













        Create Multiple Invoices for Each Customer

                                                          In this example, the sequence number in Column CL (Purchase Order
                                                          Reference) is different for each line.
                                                          Multiple invoices with one line each will be generated for these
                                                          customers.

        1.  Click the Generate XML & Post button.

                Do not use Generate XML or Display Template. These buttons are reserved for system functions.
               Save the XML file when prompted. There is no need to change the name or file location. It will automatically post to the
               Integration Broker within Compass, and will be picked up when you run the Billing Interface process.
               Save the spreadsheet with your initials and the billing date. You can reuse the spreadsheet for the next billing cycle, just be
               sure to change the appropriate fields (customer, line items, etc).
