Upload Invoices from a Spreadsheet


        Run the Billing Interface

        The Billing Interface process will take the data from the uploaded spreadsheet and create the invoices.


        Navigation


               Navigator > Billing > Interface Transactions > Process Billing Interface


                                           1.  The first time you run the Billing Interface, select the Add a New

                                               Value tab.
                2                          2.  Enter the Run Control ID. The Run Control ID should be a

                                               descriptive word or short phrase.

                                                   Do not include spaces in the Run Control ID. Use an underscore ( _ ) in place of a
                                                   space.
               Use the Find an Existing Value
               tab to use an existing Run   3.  Click the Add button.
               Control ID.


        The Process Billing Interface page opens.
        Run the Billing Interface

        Fields with an asterisk are required.

        1.  * Click the Lookup Interface ID icon.

               This will generally be the highest sequential interface number in the list (the last Billing Interface that was generated).
               The Interface ID number you select will populate in both the From and To fields.

        2.  Click the Run button.
