            1.  If you need to add notes for internal processing only, click the Post icon.
                       Notes are visible by the student.
                       Post does not send emails to the student.
            2.  Enter applicable notes.
            3.  Click the Save button.


        Sending Email Updates to the Student

            1.  To send an email to the student, click Email icon.  You will receive a copy of the email in your
               outlook inbox.
            2.  Enter the email message notes.
            3.  Click the Save button.
