        Closing the Case

            1.  If you resolve the case, click the Close Case button at the top of the screen.

            2.  Change the Case Reason to COVID-19.
            3.  Enter the Resolution Details.
            4.  If the contact is populated, you may choose to notify them that the case is closed by
               clicking the Notify contact on case close checkbox.  If the contact is not populated, this
               option will not appear.

            5.  Click the Save button.
