Creating an Express Bill

        1.  Enter the line Description as it will appear on the invoice.

               This is also the description that will be used in financial reports. A good description is important, subject to a 30-character
               limit.

           Quantity and Unit of Measure will default to 1 EA (Each). Typically, you would not change these defaults when using Express
            Billing.
               For contract billing (such as consulting arrangements), refer to the How do I Create Contract Invoices? job aid.

               For other billing situations, consider using the Standard Billing page.
        2.  Enter the Unit Price.

               The Gross Extended price will auto-calculate when you save the invoice.

        3.  Click the plus button to add a new line if needed.
               You can save the bill at any time. The first time you save, the Invoice Number will be generated.

        Add a Line Note (Optional)
        Use Line Notes if you need to enter a more detailed description. The Line - Note option can be found on the Navigation list at the
        bottom of the bill entry page.

         1. Click the Navigation list.         3

         2. Select Line - Note.
         The Line - Notes tab displays.

         3. Enter the Note Text.

         4. Click the Save button.

         5. Click the Billing General tab to return to the bill
            entry page.
