Creating an Express Bill

Enter the Revenue Distribution Code

1. Click the Revenue Account link to enter the Accounting Distribution for each line.

The Accounting Distributions page displays in a new tab.

1. Click the Look Up Code icon to search for the Revenue Distribution Code.

 You only need to enter the Distribution Code to populate the ChartFields (Account, Operating Unit, etc.).

Users cannot modify any ChartFields from the Distribution Code except Program, Event and Project.
The Program and Event fields can be modified but should NOT be left blank, or a combination edit error will occur when
saving.
