or all who knew her, Grandma
Afua was a very powerful spiritual
Fbeing. Her wisdom and her
prayers carried so much weight on her
soul. Her heart contained absolutely
nothing but unconditional love.
Hatred, disgust, jealousy, envy, and
anger never fueled her soul. It was her
undying and everlasting faith in our Lord
Jesus and God Almighty himself that
kept her strong.
Even in her final moments she was
praying with a faithful and joyous heart.
Grandma Afua was a very selfless
woman. She took pride in her faith in the
Lord, and it didn't matter where she may
be physically, she would always take her
time to pray. She would pray for many
and the world at large.
As a matter of fact, the majority of her
prayers, if not all, went to her
grandchildren. Even in her final
moments she was asking the Lord to
protect “Joshua, Isabell, Jonathan,
David, Abigail, Eli, Liam, Malika and Baby Isla.
When we were all little children, grandma loved
to hold us and would always play with us. She
would sing to us, she would talk to us and give
us wisdom or pray for us. She would always
say “you know how much I love you and I think
about you everyday and pray for you”, And
even as we grew up, she still showed that same
unconditional love to us that she would've
when we were young. She would call us on our
phones nonstop until we answer, and it won't
even be for something important, what's
important to her is to ensure that we are all
okay and that we are safe. There would be
times when she would try to send us our
favorite foods through the mail just because
she knew that it would make us happy.
She loved us unconditionally.
Grandma Afua sent this to us sometime ago;
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear
heard, Neither have entered into the heart of man,
The things which God hath prepared for them that
love him.
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit:
for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep
things of God.”
