In-laws
TRIBUTE BY FRED
SON IN-LAW
called you Maa…and the children called you
Grandma. You were too good and too great, a
Ifighter with the spirit of a Spartan. You showed me
how to be hopeful in the midst of a storm. You taught
me the importance of faith, prayer and family, and
gave the best of yourself to my family and I.
You were there when I needed a mother to talk to or
needed encouragement or prayer while in the middle
of a war in Afghanistan when returning home was
uncertain. You would call my children to assure my
safe return home. You were always there when we
needed you. Service before self; giving your all to
others came naturally. You were prudent in all your
ways, and filled our lives with kindness. You gave
unconditional love, grace, generosity, lots of smiles,
joy, laughter and many more, even when others didn't
reciprocate.
I am forever grateful to have met and journeyed with you.
Until we meet again Maa.
TRIBUTE BY FELIX
SON IN-LAW
o the most beautiful mother In-law! I can't
thank God enough for the first day I talked to
Tyou when I was in Ghana and also when you
came down from U.S to visit me.
You and Dad gave me the most beautiful treasure,
my wife Maame Serwaa. I thank God for using you
to change my destiny. It’s been almost 20 years
since we met and my life has not been the same
with your constant prayers for my life and my
family. I miss your calls and funny jokes when I am
on the road, it always kept me going and I always
looked forward to them.Hmmm. You will forever be
in my heart Mom.
I love you so much and thank you for your love
