ONLY FOR NEWBIES

Of course it’s really helpful to start with a coach as we’re starting a new business or venture. That
goes without saying.

It’s a widely-known fact that those of us that have already reached some level of “success” in
whatever we’re doing discover things we have no idea how to handle along the way. Whether it’s
leadership skills, business acumen, customer relations management or how to know when to hire
help, we must not go it alone. At that point we cannot go to our staff and say “Well, I know you
have this problem but I’m just a lucky guy who got this far and I have no idea how to handle all of
this.” Our team members shouldn’t feel that they’re following someone and his or her business off
a cliff.

Our goal is to build a team of a few people who share our passion and that each of those team
member bring with them a different set of skills while feeling valued. That is, once again, simple
yet not easy. Finding a coach that can help that business owner get to the next level in his or her
business by sharing the decades of experience she possesses with all of these challenges in
addition to offering strategies for growth and work-life balance is exactly what I do.
