Bulldogs

Having owned Bulldogs for almost sixteen years
now, I still class myself as being relatively new
to our Breed and occasionally do have to pinch
myself sometimes realising the huge success
we have achieved in a rather short period with
our dogs.
I first stepped foot into a show ring in 2007 with
a beautiful bitch I named Martha. She was from
the first litter of Bulldogs we bred and I picked
her out as my ‘keeper’ within one minute of
setting eyes on her - If only it was that easy
now! We had some fun at the local open shows
…. I remember my first rosette was a 2nd place
and I was thrilled! I grinned all the way home,
looking back at her in the car with pride. She
became our foundation bitch and all my dogs go
back to her. Producing just the one litter for us
before she retired to live a long and happy life
with us for over eleven years.
Before showing Bulldogs, I had been involved
in Horses since a child – they were a huge part
