7. Maintenance

Alterations, modifications and substitution of any part of the machine with non-genuine, improper, or

incorrect parts, hardware or assemblies will void your warranty. Modifications such as adding new material,
parts or assemblies will void your warranty. Always contact Rocca Industries Pty Ltd first, prior to any changes

or modifications first to discuss impact and safety. Use the provided parts list to order replacement parts
other than standard hardware such as nuts and bolts.

1. Periodically check that disc hub bolts are not loose, tighten as needed.

2. Check clamping bolts and nuts are not loose, tighten as needed.
3. Check that safety pins are not missing, replace if missing or damaged.
4. Check hydraulic cylinders for leaks or damage. If cylinders show signs of cracks or damage, replace

immediately. If cylinder seals are leaking, replace as required.
5. Check hydraulic hoses and connections for leaks or damage, tighten, repair or replace as required.

6. Check disc bolts and tighten as needed.
7. Check disc hub bearing for free and unrestricted movement by manually spinning the disc.
8. Apply grease to crumble roller bearings periodically or as needed.

9. Clear all debris from between discs and inside crumble roller especially removing vines or weeds or
crop debris from being wrapped around bearings.
10. Clean machine as needed.
