                                          6. Operating Instructions

            Rear Roller Depth Control
Put supatill on a level surface and adjust front depth wheels so that they are 50mm(2”) higher then the discs
and raise the rear roller depth to 50mm(2”) off the ground.
Lower SupaTill into the soil and adjust rear roller by engaging cylinder stop segments to required depth. Your
SupaTill is set level from hitching. Travel approximately 100 meters in the feild then stop and check depth is
correctly set. If required, add or remove stop segments on cylinder to set desired depth of SupaTill.

            Tilling Speed

Travel at 8-15 kph to suit your field terrain. If the terrain is smooth and level, you may be able to travel faster,
if not then a slower travel speed may be necessary, for more penetration slower speeds will be required.

            Tilt and Tracking Control

If the tractor pulls to one side or the other, adjusting the for and aft by lowing the front main wheels and the
rear roller, this will adjust the tilt of the SupaTill which will correct the tracking.

Front and rear disc gangs can be adjusted slightly deeper or shallower than the other. If the rear disc gang is
dozing, tilt the SupaTill toward the rear with 20mm increments so the rear gang is deeper than the front.
Adjust leveling disc higher or lower with provided hole settings.

            Turning on headlands
Make sure when turning to raise Supatill out of the soil and lowering back down after turning.

            Post Tilling Check
After you have operated the SupaTill for a combined 10 hours the first time, check that there are no loose
hardware, clamps or discs and retighten any loose items in accordance with the torque specifications table

provided in this manual. Ensure all safety pins or clips have remained in place, replace any that are missing.
            Hydraulics
Transport and Folding Wings can be operated in Float position if terrain is contoured. Adjust tractor flow

            control valves for cylinder speeds.
