hildren are the priority, Changes is are the reality, And collaboration
is the strategy. This is one of the inspiring quotes, I would like to start
       Coff my story writing with.
        Dear Reader,
As a teacher for me, teaching and learning during this coronavirus crisis
in this atmosphereh has proven to be thought provoking and also challeng-
ing. “A big challenge was rethinking, adjusting and adapting to teaching
online, all in a very short time. I have to adapt to the technology that I
wasn’t familiar with. Working from home, I have to fit my job around my
family. As a teacher today, this difficult situation has taught me to fling
and cast away the old methods of teaching and learn and adapt myself to
modern technologies. Before the pandemic, this technology was just consid-
ered as a means of entertainment for me and many others , but in the past
few months this pandemic has radically changed my mind set . Today this
virtual learning has proved as knight in shining armour for our students . It
really showed how important technology is in this day and age.
As the classroom has been recreated, a community is being strengthened
and teaching-learning goes on. As a teacher, I have adapted to technology
and learnt many new things, but teaching in this atmosphere has prov-
en to be more perplexing. I have had to surmount the traditional chalk
and board method and switch on to the white board in zoom. Sometimes,
though, I had an authority on my subjects, I had to play technology trou-
ble-shooterstrouble-shooters and because of that my working hours have
       increased .
“While there is no dearth of apps and tools that can aid learning at this
time, Our Platinum Jubilee School ,Warangal Organisation focus has been
on keeping things simple,” “Video lessons, PowerPoint presentations,
live classes, online quizzes, and so on were undertaken to keep our stu-
dents engaged during these tough times,” And we teachers have made the
maximum efforts to keep our students engrossed with different tasks and
has incorporated several apps, such as Kahoot, Padlet, Quizlet, Edpuzzle
and MSs .Form to ensure interactive learning. We have to prepare much
more and have constantly to write detailed lesson plans. Our Principal Sir,
motivated us to attend Webinars , which helped us in the teaching and
learning process. The nervousness of the first lecture or two has given way
to a newfound assurance. Student feedback that they are able to understand
my subject was encouraging. As, I mastered in zoom and other technology
it made me feel newly empowered and equipped.
