Select Blank Document

The pointer changes to a flashing vertical bar. This is indicates the starting point of the typing area.

5. Type the following information:

NO CRUST EGG CUSTARD PIE NOTE: Only press the Enter Key at the
INGREDIENTS LIST end of a each paragraph.
1 lg. can evaporated milk, skim evaporated can be substituted
1 c. granulated sugar Do not press the Enter key at the end of
a sentence in a paragraph

3 eggs or substitute

2 level tbsp. all-purpose flour

3 level tbsp. butter

2/3 tsp. nutmeg or 1 tsp. pure vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all above ingredients in blender. Grease a 9”Pyrex pie pan with a solid shortening.

Generously flour and shake off excess. Pour mixture into pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until a
silver knife comes out clean after inserting it into center of pie. Pie will puff up very high while baking but will
settle back down once removed from oven.

Serve warm or cold.

11. Click on the Center Button on the Tool bar or (Short-cut Ctrl E) (Home Tab, Paragraph Area)

12. Select the Ingredients List Title:

13. Click on the B (Short-cut Ctrl B) to make the title Bold (Home Tab, Font Area)

14. Select the List of Ingredients List

15. Click on the Indent Button Twice (Home Tab, Paragraph Area)

16. Use the Mouse to Select the Directions Title

17. Click on the B (Short-cut Ctrl B) to make the title Bold (Home Tab, Font Area)

18. Click on the Save Icon

19. In the Dialog Box

From the list on the left, Select where to Save the Document

In the File Name Box, Type: NO CRUST EGG CUSTARD PIE

In the Save As Type Box: Verify it as Word Document (*.docx)

Click on Save

20. Click the File Button

21. Click the Close Button
