NO CRUST EGG CUSTARD PIE
INGREDIENTS LIST
1 lg. can evaporated milk, skim evaporated can be substituted
1 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs or substitute
2 level tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 level tbsp. butter
2/3 tsp. nutmeg or 1 tsp. pure vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all above ingredients in blender. Grease a 9”Pyrex pie pan with a solid shortening.
Generously flour and shake off excess. Pour mixture into pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until a
silver knife comes out clean after inserting it into center of pie. Pie will puff up very high while baking but will
settle back down once removed from oven.
Serve warm or cold.
