The following also apply:
• The company does not reimburse for the commute to and from the workplace.
• Mileage reimbursement can be claimed through the expense process in Concur.
• If you anticipate traveling a distance where a rental car would be significantly more cost
effective, a rental car should be used in lieu of driving a personal vehicle.
Mileage reimbursement and other vehicle related policies are maintained by the Fleet department.

Employment at Will
Employment with GreenPoint Ag is “at will” and employees have the right to end the employment
relationship at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, with or without cause, and
GreenPoint Ag has the same right. GreenPoint Ag and employees have not entered into an employment
agreement for a specified period of time.
