               Other’s Access
Personnel files are the property of GreenPoint Ag, and access is limited. Members of GreenPoint Ag
management, with a legitimate reason to review the information, are permitted to review files.

               Appearance and Attire
Our dress policy can be summed up in two words, "Dress appropriately." Like anything, what is
appropriate depends on the situation and the environment. Safety is our top priority, so wearing the
appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is key when in anyplace that has risks. Meeting with a
customer has other requirements while working in an office environment has yet others. We expect
people to dress appropriately and maintain personal hygiene for the environment they will be working
in that day so as to be safe and professional. As a general rule, if you have questions about whether
something you want to wear is appropriate, it is best to choose a different option. If you have any
questions about what is appropriate, please contact your manager or an HR representative who can
               help.

As another reference point, you will typically see people in the office in smart casual attire. Smart casual
wear encompasses many looks, but it really means casual clothing that is appropriate for a professional
               office environment.

There may be times when we will need to use discretion for addressing specific concerns or
               accommodation requests that may arise.

               Leaving Employment
We recognize some of you may need to end your employment with GreenPoint Ag. We request you
immediately notify your manager of your resignation with at least two (2) weeks of notice in advance.
This will give us the opportunity to make the necessary adjustments in our operation. Notices can be in
the form of a written note, e-mail, or letter.

Upon separation, you will be paid for accrued, unused vacation time as part of their last paycheck.

Outgoing employees should plan to meet with Human Resources to receive information such as COBRA,
other benefits, final paycheck details, and employment verifications. We also ask that you make
arrangements with your manager to return any company-issued equipment, keys, and other items.

The value of any company property that is not returned or is in willful disrepair, may be withheld from
the final paycheck to pay for replacing that piece of property.

If you leave employment, are eligible for rehire, and return to GreenPoint Ag within one year of your
employment with us, your seniority will be bridged.

               Technology Use
GreenPoint Ag has implemented a Technology Use Policy that outlines the access you have to various
types of equipment and systems while working for us. Mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablet
computers, are important tools and GreenPoint Ag supports their use to achieve business goals.
However, these same devices also represent a significant risk to data security, so we need to put some
controls in place to help mitigate that risk. Our Technology Use Policy outlines the responsibilities all of
us have when conducting company business on a company-provided device or our own device.
