               Requests for Volunteer Time are to be done through UKG for hourly employees. Salaried employees
               request Volunteer Paid Time by using the Time Off Request Form and submitting the completed and
               approved form to HR@greenpointag.com.

               Inclement Weather and Emergency Closures
               During inclement weather or other hazardous conditions, GreenPoint Ag expects you to make
               reasonable efforts to report to work if conditions are safe to do so. If hazardous conditions improve
               during working hours, you should report to work once it is safe to do so.
               If GreenPoint Ag closes for the day due to inclement weather, all employees scheduled to work will be
               paid for what they would have normally worked, up to a maximum of 8 (eight) hours.

               If GreenPoint Ag is open, employees that do not report to work due to inclement weather will need to
               take accrued PTO or leave without pay.

               Refer to the Inclement Weather Policy for more information. Practices may vary by location.
               In the event of a government declared state of emergency or unforeseen circumstance requiring
               business closure, GreenPoint Ag will utilize available communication channels. Our first goal will be to
               communicate directly with you through your manager or Human Resources for further guidance.

               It is critical that you keep your contact information and emergency contact information up to date in
               UKG, so that we can reach you in the event of emergency.
