               extended health insurance coverage have been exhausted, your status will be reclassified as inactive
               and COBRA eligibility will commence.

               Military Leave Time
               In recognition of the service our employees provide our Country, military leave with pay shall be granted
               for all regular full-time and part-time employees for up to ten days annually at eight hours per day for
               members of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Reserves,
               or public health service for required active and inactive military training. This training includes “drills”
               and temporary military duty assignments.

               You should notify your manager of the need for military leave as soon as possible and provide a copy of
               your military orders.

               Requests for military leave are to be done through UKG for hourly employees. Salaried employees
               request military leave by using the Time Off Request Form and submitting the completed and approved
               form to HR@greenpointag.com. Military leave orders should be forwarded as early as possible.

               Reemployment
               Generally, employees who complete their military service honorably and whose combined periods of
               military leave from GreenPoint Ag do not exceed five years, may be reinstated in the same or a like
               position, provided timely notification is made for reinstatement, and that the employee is qualified to
               perform the duties of the position.

               Reservists
               Reservists participating in required “annual training” will be paid, calculated on a “rolling” year basis, the
               difference in the employee’s base pay and the employee’s National Guard pay for a period up to two
               weeks while at annual training or other required military training. Compensation shall not exceed an
               employee’s base salary or wages when combined with military pay received.

               Employee Reservists called to active duty as a result of a national emergency will be paid, calculated on
               a “rolling” year basis, the difference in base pay and National Guard pay for a period of three months,
               beginning on the 1st active-duty day. GreenPoint Ag will need to be provided a copy of the employee’s
               military pay vouchers and any other documentation as requested for the employee to be paid. It is the
               employee’s responsibility to provide GreenPoint Ag with such documents.
               The Reservist, at their option may maintain his or her current GreenPoint Ag health benefits by
               continuing to pay his or her share of the GreenPoint Ag health insurance premium either by payroll
               deduction or a monthly check to GreenPoint Ag by the 1st of each month.

               Volunteer Time
               In alignment with our core value of Safety and Stewardship, all regular full-time and part-time
               employees receive 16 hours of paid time off annually to volunteer and serve in a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
               community program that is of personal interest or to volunteer time in the event of a natural disaster.
               Volunteer time needs be requested in advance, when possible, and should not conflict with peak work
               schedules or work-related responsibilities. Hours can be taken in a minimum of 1-hour increments.
