               Parental Leave
We recognize that the birth of a child or adoption of a child brings significant life changes. Because of
that, we provide paid parental leave for regular full-time and part-time employees, whether you are the
primary or secondary caregiver, following the birth of your child or in connection with adoption. The
purpose of paid parental leave is to enable you to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted
child. This policy runs concurrently with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave, as applicable.

To be eligible for parental leave, you will need to have been employed with GreenPoint Ag for at least
one year and have worked at least 1250 hours.

Parental leave options are as follows:

                   • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers following the birth or adoption of a child
                   • 2 weeks of paid parental leave for secondary caregivers following the birth or adoption of a child

Parental Leave will be entered in UKG for hourly employees by their manager or timesheet approver.
Salaried employees will use the Time Off Request Form and submit the completed and approved form to
               HR@greenpointag.com.

               Jury Duty Time
We think jury duty is important for all of us to fulfill our civic responsibilities. To provide income
protection, a leave of absence for jury duty will be granted to all regular full-time and part-time
employees. During this leave, you will be paid at your regular rate of pay. You will be expected to report
to work any day, or partial day, you are excused from jury duty. Generally, income protection for time
spent serving on jury duty will be provided for a maximum of ten (10) workdays annually.

Upon receipt of the notification from the state or federal courts of an obligation to serve on a jury or to
act as a court witness (subpoena required), you should immediately notify your manager. Provide copies
of the subpoena or jury summons to your manager as soon as possible after receipt of documentation.

If you are appearing in your own case as a plaintiff or defendant or for a non-subpoena court
appearance, you will not receive paid time off. Vacation or unpaid time should be used.

Requests for Jury Duty Time are to be done through UKG for hourly employees. Salaried employees
request Jury Duty Time by using the Time Off Request Form and submitting the completed and
               approved form to HR@greenpointag.com.

               Voting Time
You are encouraged to exercise your right to vote and participate in elections. If you are unable to vote
in an election during your non-working hours, your direct manager should be notified. Based on poll
opening and closing schedules, managers may adjust schedules as needed to ensure everyone has the
opportunity to vote in person. If you are traveling during an election, you are encouraged to request an
               absentee ballot.
