Rewarding You
Compensation Philosophy
The philosophy behind GreenPoint Ag’s compensation program is to create a program that supports the
company’s vision, mission, and values. It mirrors our commitment to equal opportunity, diversity,
equity, and inclusion. We believe our compensation program is a management tool designed to support,
reinforce, and align our values, business strategy, and operational and financial needs with the goal of
customer service and growth.
GreenPoint Ag’s compensation program is designed to attract, motivate, and retain talented employees
who drive our success. GreenPoint Ag is committed to paying its employees competitive wages that
reflect the requirements and responsibilities of their positions and are competitive in the geography and
marketplace. We will periodically review the compensation program and update it as necessary to
remain competitive.
In addition to competitive base salaries, GreenPoint Ag utilizes incentive pay as a way to meet the
strategic goals of the company. Incentive pay is based on individual, site and/or organizational goals that
relate to company objectives as well as overall company performance. In alignment with our culture, we
strive to communicate openly about the goals of GreenPoint Ag and the design of the compensation
program. The compensation process is intended to be fair and simple so that all employees and
managers understand the goals and the outcomes of the process.
Career Path
GreenPoint Ag supports your career development and we have developed Career Path frameworks that
demonstrate ways you can advance within your own job family as well as progress into other areas of
the company.
Internal Career Opportunities
If you are interested in new opportunities, you should make your manager aware of your interest so
they can assist you with career development goals.
Although exceptions can be made with senior leadership approval, the following guidelines generally
apply to internal job transfers.
• All internal applications are submitted through Jobvite.
• You should be in your current position, in good standing, for at least six months and meet the
minimum requirements for the job for which you are applying.
• If selected, you will receive a written offer from Human Resources, which must be signed and
returned to Human Resources prior to transferring.
• When selected, you will transfer positions within 30 days of the internal job offer, based upon
an effective date agreed upon by both your incoming and outgoing manager.
Your career development is important to us, and we encourage you to apply for internal job
opportunities if you meet minimum qualifications. If you are unsure whether you meet the minimum
qualifications, that is o.k. You are encouraged to discuss the opportunity with your manager, the hiring
manager, and/or a Human Resources representative.
