affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status or any other

You should immediately report a threat of workplace violence or an act of violence by anyone to your
manager, another member of management, or Human Resources. When reporting a threat of violence,
as much detail as possible should be given.
Be sure to immediately report any suspicious person(s) or activities to a manager. When necessary,
immediately call 911. You should not place yourself in danger. If you see or hear trouble or a disturbance
near a work area, you should not try to investigate or intervene by putting yourself or others in harm’s
way.
GreenPoint Ag will promptly investigate reports of violent acts or threats of violence in the workplace or
by GreenPoint Ag employees, both on or off the job. We will protect the identity of a person who makes
a report when practical. Until we have completed an investigation, we may suspend an employee, either
with or without pay, if we think it is necessary for safety reasons or in an abundance of caution.
If an employee commits a violent act, threatens violence, or violates these guidelines in any way, the
employee will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Firearms
GreenPoint Ag employees, even those employees with a concealed weapon permit, are prohibited from
carrying firearms or ammunition on Company property, or from possessing firearms while on Company
property, except in strict accordance with this policy. Firearms are always prohibited from being in a
GreenPoint Ag or customer facility. They are prohibited from GreenPoint Ag and customer parking lots
unless the following conditions are met.
You may transport and store a lawfully possessed firearm or ammunition in your privately-owned motor
vehicle (or GreenPoint Ag owned vehicles authorized for personal use) while parked or operating in
GreenPoint Ag owned parking lots if the weapon is unloaded and stored in the trunk or under a seat and
you have no documented incidents involving the threat of or actual physical injury. You must have a
concealed weapon permit or a hunting license (during the limited hunting season) when applicable to
comply with relevant state laws.
If any manager, employee, or any other person in GreenPoint Ag’s facilities, believes that an employee
presents a risk of harm to themselves or to others, they should immediately notify their manager or
Human Resources. GreenPoint Ag will take measures to avoid or mitigate harmful actions taken by
employees. If you believe there is an imminent threat to yourself or others, you are to leave the area
and notify your manager, Human Resources or call 911 from a safe location.
GreenPoint Ag may inquire as to whether the employee possesses a firearm in their private or company
provided motor vehicle. If the employee does possess a firearm in their private motor vehicle on
GreenPoint Ag property, the company may make any inquiry necessary to establish that the employee
complies with state law. If the employee does not comply with state law, GreenPoint Ag may take
security measures to avoid or mitigate any risk of danger. Management may determine it necessary to
take any disciplinary actions and possibly notify and involve local authorities.
