               If you are absent from work because of a work-related injury, you will be placed on medical leave as
               outlined in the Family and Medical Leave section of this handbook.

               Return to Work Policy
               GreenPoint Ag will attempt to return injured or ill workers who are receiving Workers’ Compensation
               benefits back to work through modified work tasks that accommodate work restrictions established by
               the designated health care professional. Modified work duty may include modifications within your
               existing position, an alternative temporary position, or a transitional duty position determined on a
               case-by-case basis.
               Driver Safety
               Employees required to drive on company business at any time will be expected to consistently apply and
               follow all the procedures listed below:

                   •  Always wear seat belts while in a moving vehicle being used for company business, whether
                       they are the driver or a passenger.
                   •  Although use of cell phones under any circumstances is strongly discouraged while driving, the
                       use of hands-free technology may be warranted. If cell phone usage is prohibited, or otherwise
                       regulated by a state law while driving, you must comply with applicable laws as well.
                   •  Engaging in other distracting activities including, but not limited to, eating, putting on makeup,
                       shaving, reading, or changing radio stations or music, is also strongly discouraged while driving,
                       even when in slow-moving traffic.
                   •  Texting, and all other forms or visual mobile communication (such as reading or typing emails) is
                       expressly prohibited while operating a company vehicle or driving on company business.
                   •  Any medical restriction or prescription drug that impacts the ability to drive safely must be
                       reported to your manager and Human Resources immediately.
                   •  Use of alcohol, drugs, or other substances including certain over-the-counter cold or allergy
                       medications that in any way impair driving ability, is prohibited while driving a company vehicle
                       or driving on company business.
                   •  Follow all state and local driving laws and safety rules such as adherence to posted speed limits
                       and directional signs, use of turn signals and avoidance of confrontational or offensive behavior
                       while driving.
                   •  Never allow anyone to ride in any part of the vehicle not specifically intended for passenger use
                       and/or any seat that does not include a working seat belt. Picking up hitchhikers or transporting
                       unknown persons and/or cargo is expressly prohibited.
                   •  Employees who drive a commercial vehicle or who are otherwise subject to additional policies
                       and regulations such as those dictated by state or federal law are also expected to adhere to all
                       applicable policies and regulations.
                   •  Promptly report any vehicle accidents to local law enforcement as well as to their manager and
                       GreenPoint Ag EHS in accordance with established procedures.
                   •  Promptly report any moving or parking violations received while driving on company business
                       and/or driving company vehicles on personal business immediately to your manager and to
                       GreenPoint Ag EHS.
