               Human Resources will provide guidance when the precautions in place under this policy are adjusted to

               Unless otherwise notified, our normal attendance and leave policies will remain in place. Individuals
               who believe they may face particular challenges reporting to work during an infectious disease outbreak
               should take proactive steps to minimize attendance disruptions.

               Workplace Violence Prevention
               We are committed to preventing workplace violence and making GreenPoint Ag a safe place to work.
               This policy explains our guidelines for dealing with intimidation, harassment, violent acts, or threats of
               violence that might occur during business hours, external work events, or on our premises at any time.

               Employees are always expected to treat customers, invitees, vendors, and all co-workers with courtesy
               and respect. We do not allow firearms, weapons, and other dangerous or hazardous devices and
               substances in the workplace or on the premises of GreenPoint Ag without proper authorization from
               management or Human Resources or as may otherwise be expressly permitted by law or policy. Note
               that a state issued “carry permit” does not in itself authorize employees to carry a weapon into
               GreenPoint Ag facilities or in GreenPoint Ag parking lots.

               Specific examples of conduct that may constitute threats or acts of violence under this policy include,
               but are not limited to, the following:

                   •  Threats or acts of physical or aggressive contact directed toward another individual;
                   • Threats or acts of physical harm directed toward an individual or their family, friends, associates,
                       or property;
                   • The intentional destruction or threat of destruction of GreenPoint Ag property or another
                       employee’s property;
                   •  Harassing or threatening phone calls, e-mails, or other communications;
                   •  Surveillance or stalking;
                   •  Veiled threats of physical harm or similar intimidation;
                   • Any conduct resulting in the conviction under any criminal code relating to violence or threats of
                       violence that adversely affects GreenPoint Ag’s legitimate business interests.

               This policy is in effect during work hours and after hours, i.e., at all times. We do not permit any act of
               harassment including harassment that is based on an individual's age, color, disability, ethnicity, family
               or marital status, genetic information, gender, gender identity or expression, national origin, political
