GreenPoint Ag Employee Handbook
Keeping You Safe
Workplace safety is a top priority at GreenPoint Ag and one of our core values. We want GreenPoint Ag
to be a safe and healthy place for employees, customers, and visitors. A successful safety culture
depends on everyone being alert and committed to safety.
You are expected to obey all safety rules and take care at work. Employees must immediately report any
unsafe condition to the appropriate manager. If an employee violates GreenPoint Ag safety standards,
the employee may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Violations include causing a hazardous or dangerous situation, not reporting a hazardous or dangerous
situation, and not correcting a safety hazard when the employee could have corrected it.
It is important you immediately tell an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) representative or your
manager about any accident that causes an injury; no matter how minor it might seem at the time. Near
misses should be reported immediately as well. When reported quickly, we can investigate the incident
promptly, follow the laws, and activate insurance and worker’s compensation processing, if applicable.

shoes/boots on their own as well and submit their receipt to their location for $100 reimbursement.
