GreenPoint Ag Employee Handbook

               Performance Feedback
GreenPoint Ag strives to be a culture where you are provided ongoing, real-time feedback from your
manager. Feedback should include such things as celebrating accomplishments, evaluating areas where
performance could be adjusted, and identifying areas where you can develop for future career growth.
Salaried employees will go through a formal performance feedback and goal setting process with their
               manager on an annual basis.

               Education
We believe that your continual education and development is an important part of one’s career while at
GreenPoint Ag. We are happy to support you with the development you need to continue to advance
you knowledge, skills, and abilities through our Education Assistance Program.
All regular full-time and part-time employees in good standing who are actively employed by GreenPoint
Ag at the time of course commencement and completion are eligible to participate in the program.

Employees who are receiving grants, scholarships, or veterans’ benefits are eligible to participate, but
only to the extent that employees’ course costs are not covered by these external grants.

There are some standards that need to be met in order to qualify for reimbursement through the
program. This includes achieving a grade of C or higher, passing a pass/fail course, and achieving a
satisfactory grade in non-graded courses. An original grade report needs to be provided within six weeks
of the completion of each course.

To help maintain day-to-day operations, only those courses requiring attendance during off-work hours
will generally be considered for reimbursement.
The program provides tuition assistance for courses that are:

                   • Directly related to either your present position or a position to which you could progress or
                   • A part of a planned degree program in a field that has applicability to GreenPoint Ag business
such as accounting, marketing, agriculture, or finance). If the desired course is preparatory for a
specific professional certification exam (CPA, PE, CSP, CCA, etc.), reimbursement is provided for
the successful completion of the corresponding certification exam and the completion of the
                       course itself.

Further details about the program can be found on The Turnrow at
