               Eligible employees are automatically paid for the holiday and no separate request is necessary to receive
               the benefit.

               Personal Choice Time
               Regular full-time and part-time employees receive two personal choice days each year. Employees hired
               after June 30 will receive one personal choice day for their year of hire. Personal Choice Time should be
               approved in advance by your direct manager. Time off may be used for other holidays or special days
               that are important to you such as Martin Luther King Day or one’s birthday.
               Requests for Personal Choice Time are to be done through UKG for hourly employees. Salaried
               employees should request Personal Choice Time Off by using the Time Off Request Form and submitting
               the completed and approved form to HR@greenpointag.com.

               Vacation Time
               Regular full-time and part-time employees receive vacation to allow time to refresh and recharge away
               from the workplace. Vacation hours accrue based upon your length of service and employee type. Years
               of experience, both at GreenPoint Ag and elsewhere, will be considered when determining accrual rates.
               Vacation usage should be approved in advance by your direct manager. Vacation balances up to 80
               hours may be carried over to the next calendar year. Requests for vacation are not to exceed more than
               eight hours of vacation per calendar day.

               Vacation hours accrue per pay period throughout the calendar year and may be used before it is earned
               with manager approval. Any negative balance of more than 40 hours needs to be discussed with your
               Human Resources representative.

               Vacation Accrual Schedule for Regular Full-time Employees

               You begin to accrue at the higher accrual rate upon your 5th anniversary date. As an example, if you are
               hired on February 15th, 2017, you will receive 4.62 hours of vacation time per pay period. Upon
               reaching February 15th, 2022, you will start to receive 6.15 hours per pay period in the pay period
               following your anniversary date.
               Regular part-time employees will earn vacation on a prorated accrual, based on a percentage of a
               reduced work schedule (less than 80 hours per pay period).

               Requests for vacation time are to be done through UKG for hourly employees. Salaried employees
               request vacation time by using the Time Off Request Form and submitting the completed and approved
               form to HR@greenpointag.com.
               With the employee’s approval, managers may enter vacation hours on behalf of an hourly or non-
               exempt employee to supplement short workdays.
