GreenPoint Ag Employee Handbook

In addition to mobile devices, email, internet, and different chat tools have become essential for getting
work done. Any company information transmitted through any of those tools on any device are
considered company records and property of GreenPoint Ag. We all have a role in making sure that we
treat that information as confidential and use proper tools and practices to keep that information
               secure.

The use of company devices, or the use of personal devices for company purposes, should be done with
care to ensure that we have a productive and safe work environment. When technology is used
irresponsibly and/or to cause harm to others, it can result in disciplinary action up to and including
termination. More details about the Technology Use Policy can be found on The Turnrow at
               https://greenpointagllc.sharepoint.com/sites/GPAHintranet.

               Telecommuting

GreenPoint Ag’s culture of teamwork encourages you to complete tasks using flexibility and good
judgement to produce successful work results, while complying with company guidelines and managing
personal responsibilities. At times, this can be best achieved through a telecommuting or other
               alternative work arrangement.

“Telecommuting” is work done from any space outside a traditional office during an employee’s
regularly scheduled working hours, for example, working from home.

When telecommuting, you need be able to perform the same duties, assignments, and other work
obligations at your designated remote workspace as you do when working on GreenPoint Ag’s premises.
If you wish to telecommute, you should discuss this with your manager, understanding that not all
positions are appropriate for telework, and approval is at the discretion of GreenPoint Ag. However,
managers can help guide employees through the process of requesting alternate or flexible work
               arrangements.

There may be times when you will be asked to accept a telecommuting arrangement due to business
continuity concerns or in the event of an emergency.

Positions that directly support field operations, and/or require face‐to‐face interactions are generally
               not suitable for telecommuting.

We believe that it is important for employees to be together for what we call the 4 Cs – creation,
collaboration, celebration, and culture. While we are able to do some of this virtually, it is not nearly as
effective as being in person. If you work remotely, you may be required to come to your usual work site
from time to time as required by the needs of the business.

When telecommuting, all company policies, including those focused on safety, IT, and confidential
               information, remain in effect.

While we understand the importance of flexibility and the advantages telecommuting may provide,
telecommuting may be discontinued for any reason, at any time and at the discretion of GreenPoint Ag.
