4. Employee Benefit Programs
4.1 Employee Benefits
Eligible employees at XYZ Corporation are provided a wide range of benefits. Several
programs (such as unemployment insurance) cover all employees in the manner prescribed
by law.
Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including employee classification.
Your supervisor can identify the programs for which you are eligible. Details of many of
these programs can be found elsewhere in the employee handbook.
Eligible employees are provided with the following benefits (see the [NAME OF YOUR

• Medical Insurance
• Life Insurance
• Long-Term Disability

4.2 Vacation Benefits
Paid annual vacation is available to eligible employees to provide opportunities for rest,
relaxation, and personal pursuits. All employees are eligible to earn and use vacation time
