Green Mountain Research Employee Handbook

try to reasonably accommodate an employee’s special dress or grooming needs that are a
result of religion, ethnicity, race or disability.

GMR’s Executive Team will consider societal norms, as well as complaints from other

employees or customers, among other factors when determining when dress, including jewelry
is distracting. We retain discretion for dealing with certain matters such as disability, religious
requirements or other case-specific issues that might require accommodations.

               Health Benefits

Health Benefits, including medical, vision and dental insurance are available to all full-time
employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. If you elect coverage, it will become

effective on the first day of the month following date of hire, or following the date you enter
full-time status. You and GMR will share in the cost of coverage, with GMR paying the majority
of the monthly premiums. Please note that employee costs (and employer costs) increase with
the addition of spouses and dependent children to the insurance plan.

The current costs will be provided to you by Human Resources.

As health care costs continue to rise, the company will attempt to provide suitable health,
dental and vision coverage to its employees. However, when necessary, the Company reserves
the right to change the benefits provided, as well as the portion paid by employees for
insurance premiums. While it is our intention to continue to provide quality benefits for our
employees, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the benefits at any time.

Refer to the detailed benefits summary provided by the insurance provider to learn more about
your health and dental coverage. Human Resources will provide eligible employees with this
information during the initial enrollment period, at annual open enrollment and upon request.

You may contact Human Resources for benefit details and current employee payroll deduction
               amounts.

This handbook provides a very general overview of the benefits available to you. Should there
be a discrepancy between the language in the handbook and the official plan documents, the
terms of the official plan documents will govern the benefits.
