ROASTED ROSEMARY PECANS





      5 cups Cane River            Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
         Mammoth Pecan, halves*
      ¼  cup fresh rosemary,       Lay rosemary leaves on cutting
         chopped                   board and roll with a rolling pin

      1 tbsp. fresh cracked pepper   to crush leaves, then chop. Mix
      ¼  cup olive oil             olive oil and remaining
      2 tbsp. sugar                ingredients in a bowl; add
      2 tsp. kosher salt           pecans and toss to coat. Place

      *Iberia Parish Product       pecans on rimmed  baking
                                   sheet and roast for 17-20
                                   minutes.
