     Golf & Culinary Trail
     Day 1   Arrive in New Orleans in time to play The Golf Course at Audubon Park. Home to more than 1,300
            restaurants, New Orleans is truly an epicurean delight featuring cuisines blended with local cooking
            styles to create distinctive Creole and Cajun dishes that are original to the city, such as po-boys or
            crawfish etouffee. Dine at any number of great spots from fine dining to iconic sandwich shops.
            Overnight in a historic hotel in the French Quarter or a convenient hotel along Canal Street.

     Day 2    Head east to Baton Rouge to play 18 holes at Santa Maria Golf Course. Eat at one of the many local
            seafood restaurants in Baton Rouge where you can dine on seafood gumbo or visit any of the eateries
            that have made the Capitol City a foodie destination.  Get a good night’s rest staying in the heart of
            Downtown or at a convenient location right off the main highway to get you started early the next day.

     Day 3   Only 60 miles west, you can play another great course today at The Wetlands in Lafayette, the Happiest
            City in America. Dine where homegrown chefs put a fresh spin on time-honored Cajun recipes, dive into
            shrimp and grits, oyster dishes or any number of great Cajun and Creole classics.  You’d be wise to
            extend your stay in the heart of Cajun Country.

     Day 4   Another 60 miles west, conclude your memorable experience and head to Lake Charles where you can
            play 18 holes at the Mallard Golf Club.  Then take a drive to experience Lake Charles’ Boudin Trail and
            enjoy a hearty lunch. Boudin, a Cajun staple, is one of the region’s most popular eat-on-the-go foods.
            Let loose and enjoy big-city entertainment in a luxurious casino to end your visit to Louisiana.

     Golf & Small Towns

     Day 1   Begin your journey in Natchitoches (Nack-a-tish), the oldest settlement in the Louisiana Purchase and
            the original French colony in the state, by playing 18 holes at Northwestern Hills Golf Course. In the
            National Historic Landmark District, you will find French Creole townhouses that make this a charming
            town.  Natchitoches is famous for their meat pies, a must-eat when in the area.

     Day 2   Just a short drive from Natchitoches and surrounded by Louisiana’s Wildlife Refuge areas, your journey
            in Marksville will start by playing 18 holes at Tamahka Trails Golf Course in the Paragon Casino Resort.
            Enjoy down home hospitality and good food without pretense while staying the night at the luxurious resort.

     Day 3    Take a scenic drive over to Louisiana’s No Man’s Land to discover one of our hidden jewels in the town
            of Kinder. The pristine Koasati Pines Golf Club, located at the Coushatta Casino Resort is an 18-hole
            regulation course designed by Kevin Tucker. After golf, get off the beaten path for a taste of authentic
            Southern Louisiana food at any one of the restaurants or stops along the Gas Station Eats Trail in Allen
            Parish.  A great selection of hotels is available for your overnight stay.

     Day 4   Head on over to Alexandria, play 18 holes at OakWing Golf Club, which offers a unique Jim Lipe
            design interwoven throughout its beautiful former England Air Force Base location.  For an overnight,
            choose a charming B&B or indulge yourself at the historical Hotel Bentley.
