Golf & Music Trail
Day 1 Make your way to Carencro to play 18 holes at Farm d’Allie before starting your night with a stop at
the Blue Moon Saloon in Lafayette, a musical evening to remember. This world-famous honky tonk is
a home-grown place where all are welcome. The Saloon is more than a venue or a gig, it has become a
meeting place where world travelers and families dance and spend an evening together in Lafayette.
Wake up and enjoy a zydeco breakfast before heading to the Capital region.
Day 2 After enjoying the incredible music scene in Lafayette, it is time to head east to play 18 holes at The
Island in Plaquemine. After golf, take a scenic drive along the Mississippi River to Teddy’s Juke Joint in
Zachary, where you can take in some live authentic Louisiana blues. To end the night, head to Baton
Rouge to enjoy some southern cuisine and overnight in any number of incredible hotels.
Day 3 Just outside of New Orleans in Jefferson Parish, play a morning round where the pros play at Pete Dye’s
masterpiece, TPC Louisiana, host of the PGA Zurich Classic. After a great round, head to Marginy
Area to visit the historic Frenchman Street to enjoy live music and dancing.
Day 4 Wake up in New Orleans and play the South Course at the historic Bayou Oaks at City Park, one
of the oldest courses in the state, located right on the streetcar line. After golf, enjoy a sunset dinner
cruise on the Mighty Mississippi and then immerse yourself in an authentic musical experience by catching
a performance at any local hotspot in and around the New Orleans French Quarter or attractions such
as Preservation Hall or the New Orleans Jazz Museum.

Day 1 Start your craft beer adventure in Shreveport, home to several craft beer breweries including: Great Raft
Brewing and Red River Brewpub @The Garage. Play 18 holes at The Golf Club at Stonebridge in
Shreveport. Relax and take in the charms of a B&B or enjoy the excitement of a casino hotel for the night
along the Red River.
Day 2 Head on down to Lake Charles where you can play 18 holes at Contraband Bayou Golf Club at
L’Auberge Casino Resort. Continue your Louisiana adventure at Crying Eagle Brewing Company or
Rikenjaks Brewing Company. As you make your way east toward Lafayette for your overnight stay, take
a tour of Bayou Rum in Lacassine, and be sure to make time for Bayou Teche Brewing in Arnaudville.
Day 3 Today, you will head to Zachary, Louisiana, and play 18 holes at Copper Mill Golf Club before heading
off to Baton Rouge for an afternoon taste of local craft beer at Tin Roof Brewing Company. Enjoy a tour
of nearby Oxbow Rum Distillery before reveling in a night out in the heart of Downtown Baton Rouge.
Day 4 Have a leisurely start to your day before heading east to play 18 holes at the beautiful Oak Knoll
Country Club in Hammond. Enjoy all that Gnarly Barley Brewing Co. has to offer and get a behind the
scenes look at the brewing process before sitting back and enjoying any number of beer selections.
