There are several transitive and intransitive

verbs. Even though they already have an object,

their meaning is imperfect until other words are

added. Verbs of this type include make, name,

call, find, declare, suppose, consider, bring, give,

appoint, see, hear, etc.

Example Explain

I will make you happy. Transitive is not perfect.

I appointed him to be Intransitive is not

my assistant perfect
