Welcome From HR
Welcome to IMG Health Clinics, in this section of the JumpStart Onboarding Manual you will find an out of all
current IMG roles and job descriptions. The goal is to provide employees with a clear understanding of each
person’s role, as well as the requirements/certifications for that position. In this section we will also provide a
high-level overview of the evaluation process, evaluation dispute process, grievance process, how to sign up for
training and how to begin developing an employee growth plan.
Evaluations/Yearly Performance Reviews:
✓ Each employee will receive a 90 Performance Evaluation. The performance evaluation will review your
role/responsibilities as outlined in the job description.
✓ Each employee will also be evaluated on their understanding and ability to execute the SOP in alignment with
their role/responsibilities.
✓ The evaluation will be administered by your direct supervisor/manger.
✓ A peer review will also be completed by each person on the team to rate your ability to work collaboratively on a
team.
How to Dispute an Evaluation:
✓ Employees can file a dispute form if there are any concerns/questions regarding evaluation outcomes.
✓ You have 10-days from the date submitted to dispute outcomes with HR.
✓ Forward an email to HR to request a form and meeting to discuss outcomes. Any disputed items will
require documentation or a documented accounting from another employee.
How to File a Grievance:
✓ Contact the HR Director via email to request a grievance form.
✓ Employees have 10-days to submit the grievance form once requested from HR.
✓ The employee is required to submit all substantiating documentation at the time the grievance form is
submitted to HR.
✓ HR will contact the employee via the IMG email, with a meeting date and time to review the grievance.
Due to COVID-19 employees will be provided with a virtual meeting link.
How to Sign up for Training:

✓ Within the 1 90days employees will receive a list of training courses to complete internal and external,
depending on your position.
✓ The timeline and/or completion date for each course will be defined during the onboarding process.
✓ Employee must be prepared to complete online courses as well as facilitated courses.
✓ If an employee is unable to complete the training in accordance to their onboarding process. The
employee is required to contact HR and their direct supervisor/manager immediately.
Establishing an Employee Growth Plan:
✓ At IMG we believe in promoting within first.
✓ To ensure we are supporting internal growth opportunities. Schedule an employee growth plan with HR
to get you on track to expanding your career opportunities at IMG.
